If you receive the wrong item, you may return it unopened within 7 days of receipt, and we will exchange it expeditiously. Although we take great pride in our quality assurance, it is possible (but extremely improbable) for a puzzle to have a defect–if your puzzle is defective, please email us a description and photograph of the defect, and we will replace your puzzle right away!

To return a defective product, please contact us through our contact form and we will contact you with return shipping information. Returns for other reasons are considered on a case-by-case basis, will be subject to a restocking fee of 15%, and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Please allow 5-7 business days from the time of order for your order to be shipped.  We ship all orders via USPS, and during checkout, you will have the option to choose from USPS Priority or Expedited.

A:  Our puzzles are designed and created for adults, but may be enjoyed by the intuitive puzzler ages eight and up. Our puzzles contain small parts that can be harmful if swallowed, so young children should have adult supervision at all times when playing.
